I have downloaded everything as per instructions online. Error comes up as incorrect Registration no. and to contact the call center.

I have sent several emails requesting assistance. I have also been calling for days all day long and cannot get through. I get that you are busy with the influx of calls due to the vat increase, but also you should have prepared for this and made the necessary provisions. I have reached a level of Frustration because how does one operate a business with an accounting package which can’t be used efficiently.
