Incredible assistance received

Firstly, this is long overdue & thank you to Hellopeter for providing the platform! This is to thank two people, Lize Esterhuizen and Ansule Welgemoed from the bottom of my heart!! Our company, Paradys Palm Frail Care in Stellenbosch, is a small 12 bedroom Frail Care. We have minimal admin resources as we are a non profit company and as such, inherited the admin situation including our SAGE Payroll facility. My experience for the first, at least 6 months, with SAGE communication and support was poor and frustrating to say the least, however, somehow we inadvertently ended up being put through to Lize Esterhuizen. She is the extra, extra mile lady with the biggest understanding heart and subject knowledge base to match. She provided more than assistance and stayed with a problem till it no longer existed! Through her we had the pleasure of also receiving assistance from Ansulè Welgemoed, and as they say, birds of a feather! We had the same fantastic assistance from her. Both these very professional and uber competent ladies have truly changed our negative perception of SAGE Payroll. Once again, thank you to both Lize and Ansulè!! We truly hope SAGE appreciates your contribution to the service they provide.
