******* Debit orders

My FNB account is debited by sage pay on behalf of Verdiva and I don't know what the two debits are for. I've never heared of Verdiva until I saw it on my bank statement. I called sage pay and they gave a number ***) which they said belongs to Verdiva but that number rings and it's never answered. This people should STOP these ******* debit. I'm going to open a ******** case so that they can be stopped because i'm sure they are doing this to a lot of people.
