I just looked at my bank statements this morning and just saw a debit order of R40.00 from Sage Pay Pty (ltd). I have absolutely no idea who these people and why they would debit me this arbitrary amount unless they were hoping I wouldn't notice it because it was less than R100.<br> <br> I want my money back and that they should apologize and stop debiting my account for something I didn't agree to.

In particular, we can provide you with the name of the company that is debiting your account. You will then need to contact the company directly.
To resolve the following query we would need you to provide us with the 8 digit reference number, you will find it before/after the word Sage Pay on your bank statement or you may provide us with your bank account number.
