I am very impressed that after i reported to Sage Pay that I was not impressed with their reply on 29/04/2015 ,I received a telephone call from Sage pay {Claire] assuring me that they had taken note of my complaint and Had requested the debit order proof , from ****a Investments. I was also sent Emails same day detailing what the debit order was for and the copy of email sent to ****a investments. I wait further communications with regards to their findings.
