I used a reseller to purchase a Sage Pastel Partner 50c subscription which required bank manager module. For nearly 4 months I tried to resolve the issue together with the reseller but it is absolutely useless to phone them as you keep getting transferred from one department to another, and somewhere a long the line just getting cut off after explaining the same story multiple times. So fedup with Sage at the moment as there is just no one to assist!
