How pathetic would you like to be offering NON existent support to paying customers
I have tried calling SAGE to speak to someone about a statement. Your telephonic support is beyond pathetic!!! You may even say its non existent
I have been put through to your recorded options by over 12 of your accounting side agents. When I get through to the rest of them they put me through to Sage Payroll. Or just cut me off.
MY QUERY RELATES TO THE ACCOUNTING PACKAGE AND NOT PAYROLL
