Horrific useless service.
This is probably one of the worst service providers I have ever worked with. They have a great system, but their after-sales service is horrible. I have been struggling to renew my license for the last three days and nobody can help me. At one stage I was transferred to different people 9 times, still with no result, help or joy. Their payment methods don't work. Their managers are not ever available.
If there is any other accounting software company reading this please contact me. I get rid of Sage.
