A terrible company! They offer absolutely no after sales service! The support line never gets answered. When I did the conversion from desktop to online they wrecked our books! It has now been 3 years and I am still paying the price for sticking with this useless cloud accounting system. Clearly they do not care about the people subscribing, I am moving on to greener pastures for sure...
