Helping Tax Relax to de***** hundreds of clients

Tax Relax continues to debit my account despite me cancelling with them. I have also cancelled the debit order with Absa, but Lynette Haylock of Tax Relax changes the amount. Tax Relax uses Sagepay to deduct these payments. Sagepay does so without the correct authorisation. I am busy with an investigation and I have pulled court papers which are in the public domain. In 2014, Neville Gruskin pulled hundreds of clients who had cancelled the contract with Tax Relax, some years before, and asked Lynette Haylock to debit the accounts. This was in the media. What is TERRIFYING is that Sagepay accepted these debit orders. Many of those clients were too busy to reverse the debit orders, and some ended up with other debit orders not going through. Sagepay is helping Tax Relax to de***** people. When I called Sagepay this morning about my debit order, I spoke to the most disinterested, indifferent, unemployable female who basically told me its my problem. She refused to give me her name. Sagepay and Tax Relax get the ********** OF THE YEAR award.
