Great Call Centre

I have dealt with Sage Pastel's call centre quite a few times in the past, and I am always extremely impressed with their service and knowledge of their product.<br> <br> I phoned today for assistance with a technical problem, and unfortunately I can't remember the agents name, but he was great!! He took me through quite a few options to assist with my problem, stayed on the line to make sure everything installed correctly and even phoned me back when the call dropped. I don't think any call centre has ever phoned me back when the call was dropped!!<br> <br> Problem was solved and I am a happy client.<br> <br> Thank you for the amazing service!
