Fanstastic Service from Sage Pastel-Francois Botha

Francois Botha helped install Pastel into 7 computers. I was completely new to the process and didn't understand what to do. He was on the phone with me all morning making sure the software was loaded properly to all the computers, even logging into them remotely when needed. His customer service and patience was excellent - I am more than happy to recommend him to anyone. His assistance was greatly appreciated and he went above and beyond that day to help me!
