Extremely long waiting times...
Extremely difficult to get through to a consultant. I have tried calling for 3 and a half hours. Just been kept waiting. Tried ********** , ********** , 086 126 837 and just been kept holding. There were moments whereby "the number does not exist". On the Durban number, ********** , when i dial the option for renewals the response was "the number does not exist". I do not understand why the waiting is so long? I am actually holding on while typing this complaint. I have now been holding for 11:32 minutes. The service or rather "non service" (as no ones taking my call) is beyond ridiculous!
