ETI SUBMISSION

Good day, I have been trying to sort out the ETI for the midyear submission for almost a month. My emails get answered days later. Today I tried to contact SageVIP, only to be left holding on for an hour. When the call was answered, with in seconds the call was cut off. Please can someone from SAGE VIP contact me regarding the ETI submission. The reply that I received via email made no sense whatsoever. SAGE VIP PLEASE RESPOND!!
