Error

Since last week Monday Sage is experiencing a lot of errors. Live chat take the whole day to give feedback and confirm when the problem will be sorted. I have a business to run and we are falling behind in our admin. Can someone please get back to me with what is happening at Sage. Or do we rather need to shop around?
