Dont use sage one
It is unacceptable what Sage are doing.....any one reading this post please do not ever do new business with them.
System down for 6 days now, now support offered at all

I urge everyone on Sage to find another provider, Zero Accounting is a great option. The continues problems Sago One has is just unacceptable...Your helpdesk telephonic support was poor before lockdown, now it is just non existent. Unfortunately you guys should not provide accounting cloud platforms for the public if you cant manage it and even do the basics such as communicate. The only communication I get on time is the monthly renewal reminder. But I guess this will come to an end as I want nothing to do with this company....it is wrong to hold your clients at ransom like you are doing?
