Don't ever try cancel!

It's absolutely impossible to cancel their product and subscriptions. I have sent emails. I have requested the cancellation with their online cancellation tool, yet, I get another invoice with associated debit order from them! Forget about talking to a human being either... it's impossible. Horrible company. Horrible product.
