We paid our annual licence on 15 Feb. Got an email confirming and with an invoice. Now they are emailing us to remind us to pay!! Pathetic. Do they not check before they harass you? Obviously not. I hate this company and their product. Such an unfriendly package. Pity my accountant insisted on it.
