DISAPPOINTED STUDENT

<p>I am currently studying at Boston City Campus ,PMB. I have asked several times to kindly assist me in downloading the disc on my laptop as I am a part time student. They say something about Pastel giving them the code. I have tried contacting Pastel and I get no response what's so ever on it. How do I complete my studies ? They wouldn't worry as long as they making money. People trying to educate themselves get treated like we doing a crime and no one wants to assist us ! Awaiting response </p>
