Customer service pathetic!
So I have been due for a credit since April 2018, numerous emails was sent to consultants and customer service but no response, call in and no one could advise on how to resolve this problem. This is the most ****tiest service I have ever received.
Get more people to answer phones as you are ranking 3rd on the list with regards to the longest hold time.
Product is good but your customer services is one of the worse.
