Corporate Arrogance

Most reckless and arrogant corporate attitude. Sage Business has had a problem with probably their most core functionality namely importing bank statements into the system. I am an accountant, and this means that for more than a week we can do no work for our clients. There has been no apology or explanation from Sage and you cannot get hold of anyone except a poorly trained call centre consultant.
