Consultant terminated call when did not like what was being asked

The consultant terminated the call when she did not like the request.

A client had a short look at Sage One Online a few years ago & decided not to use the product. They are now contemplating using it and I requested their profile be reset to allow them the 1x month free trial otherwise they will look at other options e.g. Xero Accounting.

The consultant hang-up.
