Clueless Personnel
I've reached Tebogo, totally confused and clueless. Did not get my Site code, did not get my enquiry, transferred me to the Accounting department, after telling him my query is Payroll related. Then talked to Modisa, she also transferred me to the wrong department. Now I am holding for 13 minutes, everyone clueless on where to find the correct person.... to help me with the error code.
