Can't cancel subscription

I been trying to cancel my monthly subscription since 17 March but I am getting no response, I no longer use the service and with the current situation, I can't afford to have debit orders go off for things I don't need. I generally like the products but customer support isn't looking too good right now, since I can't seem to reach them at all.
