Cancelled my account over 6 months ago, and still getting billed.

Cancelled my account over 8 months ago, and still getting billed?? If only you had a decent accounting system to help with billing. Oh wait.....

In addition, it is impossible to contact anyone to resolve this. Just spent 15 minutes being bounced around on the phone and then hung up on. Don't bother emailing either, no-one ever responds.

Doubt this will help, but it makes me feel better.
