Call Centre Agent were Awesome

I had a really hard time with Pastel , I was annoyed that I had called the call centre numerous times but was always left holding for extensive periods. I logged a complaint on Hello Peter , My query was attended Immediately and I had two wonderful Consultants help and follow up with me until the Query was completed! Well done Ntsiki and Nkosinathi You saved the day and were so helpful and Polite!
