Brilliant service and willingness to help a client

Dear Pastel,<br> <br> My girlfriend asked me to help her setup a spare laptop as a workstation so that someone could assist her with punching in Pastel. Both Times that I called was just before 5 as I only got home then (Call center closes at 5 ) and both times the friendly agents assisted me to well after 5. They knew how to guide me to get all of the windows settings and network configurations etc correct and after I replaced my own faulty LAN cable and a bit of fault finding we managed to get the workstation up and running.<br> <br> I just wanted to thank them for the brilliant service as it isn't very often that you find people willing to give up personal time to assist a client.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> FS
