She was incredibly patient with me while we uninstalled / reinstalled and bascially got my Accounting and Point of Sale up and running again. There were a few issues with version numbers, which she sorted out too.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was a pleasure having her take me through all the steps and fix our problem - and she not once lost her patience or got frustrated with me.
