Be careful before buying Pastel products

I have upgraded from a one user company to a two user company. OH WHAT A MISTAKE! You pay for Pastel support and you get people who have no idea what they are doing. Both my computers no longer talk to each other I can do quotes or even invoice. My poor secretary has been on the phone from 830 this morning and it's now 150pm and the situation is worse. When you ask to speak to their superiors they have attitude. MY ADVICE NEVER USE PASTEL AND RATHER PURCHASE ANOTHER ACCOUNTING PROGRAM.
