Bank Manager feature disappears

I was still importing my clients downloaded statement the next day the bank manager button disappears from cash book. This is not on as I am a Reseller and have boasted about this. I have my own practice and have been quoting clients low fees because of this.<br> <br> This is very frustrating when things just disappears. Who will foot the bill in our lost if I have to go back and manually.<br> <br> I have tried to get hold of support to send me the ftp details so I can download it again, but no reply.<br> <br> What must I now tell my clients.
