Bank feeds issues

What is happening sage cloud accounting ??wont pull through Bank Feeds. It’s been two weeks no help from customer support? 30mins to get through and then they have no solutions. Everyone is in chaos on the sage city site. Can’t support manual refresh or anything. Absolute disaster.
