Bailing SAGE before it completely crashes

How in this world can a small business function being offline from its accounting data and functions for 3 days. These people (SAGE) just does not care about they're customers livelihood's. Thank goodness I have been paying my subscription Monthly and not Yearly. I am really considering bailing to another Service provider.
