Bad support on Sage

They got the most useless system and support people. You got this message you need to renew your license 30 days before the end of the month. Then the system blocks to do any transactions because of registration. Then you phone Sage and the keypad only allow certain numbers other is not accepted on the system so you get cut of and wasting another so after 30 min you don't get any answer or support.
