Bad service Sage 1 South Africa

Abhorrent service rendered by lusabo and sage one. After holding for a ridiculous time frame i am greeted by an employee that was unfriendly and sounded like he just woke up. Sage1 please fix your customer experience. its abhorrent to say the least.
