Bad service
I bought Pastel Partner last year V14. They send me V12. They did not communicate that you have to pay licence fees on a yearly basis and give me a package which I may choose to subscribe to but actually I have no choice but to pay for it. The only item i was told i have to pay licence fee for was BOM(bill of materials) which i have no objections pay for as that was explained in the beginning. In the parcel they send me it says i may choose to subscribe to the V14 Business care licence package?<br> <br> Pastel then tell me we were still selling 2 versions of Pastel and I got an old box but I must still pay the fees? If you cannot get this right I wonder?<br> <br> There software package says i can re register for free and when i try to do so it does not allow me? That is on your software for FREE????<br> <br> I want this sorted out
