AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am nearing the end of my 30 day free trial. i am currently using Quick books. I can honestly say that i was super excited for everything sage promised. however, i have not been able to make use of it as there is NO ASSISTANCE. Each time i need to wait in a queue that is 45 minutes wait, and then nothing. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to load my pricelists. i have sent emails, chatted on messenger and still. NO HELP. this is really the most pathetic service i have ever received.
