Been waiting since 12h12 today (08.05.18) to get a response on a support query - literally could not work the whole day (still cannot) Since 12h12 sent them FIVE (5) emails - @SageGroupZA does NOT RESPOND!!! @SageGroupZA charges horrifically for Licence Fees yet their Support has become NON EXISTENT! ZERO support. @SageGroupZA makes you listen to their stupid message on the phone for over 25 minutes without picking up the call - the message "how they save you time and money; how they improve your business/productivity" IS THIS A JOKE!! Yes, it is. They are the JOKERS and I (+ YOU) are the IDIOTS You give @SageGroupZA your Serial Number with which they can access ALL OF YOUR DETAILS yet; @SageGroupZA will still DM you to ask for your Full Name and your Contact Number. ***! @SageGroupZA thinks it is a joke for their Clients to wait in excess of 10 hours for a response ; in my case I will be lucky if I get a response in the next 12 hours on Twitter @SageGroupZA thanks you a Bunch for the information you give "Thanks a Bunch" @SageGroupZA instead of thanking me a Bunch; why DO YOU NOT ANSWER MY QUERY with a SOLUTION?
