After more than a year SAGE suddenly says I owe money after my subscription was canceled

In 2019 I started a small business I paid my full year subscription with the smallest package, the next year I canceled that package cause I could not afford it anymore. Now in 2022 I get a mail from their lawyers saying I need to pay . I told them I have canceled even mailed them many times when they started to invoice me in 2022 again and suddenly they say where is the proof of those mails. Really who did not do their job here. Where do I get those mails again that was sended and better question yet what happened to 2021? you suddenly skipped a year and decided now people need to pay. I was even phoned with someone doing a survey asking me why I am not using sage services anymore..sorry I did not keep her number on my call log incase you want me to send proof of that - I want answers from such a big company like this.
