Advertising is a lie

I selected Sage Cloud Accounting after comparing against the other cloud accounting providers (Xero, QuickBooks, etc) because your website states that the Accounting Start package includes Banking feeds. After signing up and activating my profile, I found no Banking section. After many calls to your Support and Sales departments nobody is willing to address the obvious disparity between what your website states and what is apparently the truth - that Accounting Start does not include any Banking - you have to upgrade to the full 'Accounting' package for that. So it costs R310pm and not R170pm. I have sent screenshots of the Sage.com website as well as a link to one of the pages where the lie is stated, but nobody is acknowledging that. I require either a refund or an upgrade to a package that does include Banking but costs R170 as advertised.
