Accounting program making you lose money!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic. The bank feeds glitches a lot. Most importantly, we haven't been able to function in accounts for the last 3 days. No help on the telephone or e-mail. Do you realize how much you are costing companies for this inability to process anything? Customer service is poor, program itself is not user-friendly, and a lot of times you will experience "down time". Will not recommend this to anyone!!!!!
