Absolute Pathetic Company and Worst Online Accounting System
What an absolute pathetic company - and especially there Sage Pastel Online - have been using it since 2014 - but in the last year the service has deteriorated at an alarming rate - to a point where online access has become an absolute nightmare - How do you run a business - with an online accounting system - with more downtime than Eskom - Needless to say that there call centre is THE MOST PATHETIC EVER experienced I would really think twice before referring anyone to consider Sage Pastel Online -

20 Jan 2021, 16:40So Sage has now given me a running commentary of their problems, but it is now Wednesday afternoon 16:36 - and still their Online Accounting System is OFF-LINE - 3 days - how do you expect any business to function - well clearly you don't have a clue - seen how you manage your business

21 Jan 2021, 08:29Well the woe's continue - Thursday Morning 08:30 and Sage Pastel Cloud Accounting - has disappeared into the clouds, and for 96 hours - and it does seem like they have really lost it now - starting to doubt if they would find it any time soon - or any solution - maybe they should try and get some skilled consultants to assist - bet it could be sorted in a few hours - not 96 hours
