38% Pastel license increase.

Very very dissipointed in Paste. Have been a non reseller user for over 15 years.. And they increased their annual fees on my invoice at 38% from last year. I have been contacting them and enquire a few times, with all consultants saying they will fix and email me.. However I got a statement with the 38%.. This is unacceptable, especially without even being emailed or phoned. What company this big raise their licenses with this %, even being a loyal customer and even referring clients to them.. I am so upset and although I am a small fish in a big pond I will make this my mission to ask all my clients to change to another program as well as posting this on all my social media for the next 10 years as I dnt mean anything to them.. Their answer to me was they did not increase my bill previous years with 10% now they adding it, and last 2 years I added more to my programes... This is so unacceptable. Sage / pastel services is really dropping the last few years.
