375% PRICE INCREASE ON BOTH INVOICES
How can you inflate my invoices with a 375% increase, I don't have 201 employees. Out of the 2 invoices I only have 17 employees.

Thank you for taking our call earlier today - we have been advised that one of our renewals consultants has reach out to you and explained where the misunderstanding happened and it has now been clarified. They explained that the billing was based on the number of employees per company on the Siling Scale Package. From March these were moved over to a Fixed bracket. They have sent you an email with instructions on how to proceed.
