Poor Service – Sag Appliances Maintenance Repairs I contacted Sag Appliances to repair my fridge/freezer as the fridge was not cooling. The technician claimed there were gas leaks, re-gassed the unit multiple times, and insisted on immediate payment, yet the fridge never worked. He missed appointments, arrived hours late, tripped my home’s electricity during repairs, and damaged the fridge’s power cable. Despite three visits, the problem was never resolved. An insurance inspector later confirmed the fridge has an internal gas leak that cannot be repaired, meaning the issue was misdiagnosed from the start. I requested a full refund due to failed repairs and damage caused, but no refund has been received. The service was unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this company.
