BILLING

Good day - I had to order uniforms for my company last year and I found safrics creations. They came in to do measurements for my driver uniforms but and sent me sketches of the uniforms of which I made a selection from and never heard anything from them since. Its been a year and we still dont have uniforms. We went to their offices only to find out they moved. Searched until we found them and Spoke to Tawanda (accounts) He said since they failed to deliver they will be happy to refund the company. Tawanda promised to do the refund immediately but never did till today. Its been over six months and im still waiting for driver uniforms. I sent several emails to Tawanda and got a response saying he is too busy to do the refund and will try to fit it into his schedule. Months after Im still waiting for the refund
