WHY THE ***** FLAG WITHOUT REASONS??

Hi, I was flagged by Capitec Bank without reason when all I was doing is submitting my documents for a loan so I can complete my 2 building projects but no Capitec Bank flagged me. Can someone give me proper answers and an apology and explanation as to why this happened???? I want the highest authority to contact me and provide me with clear answers, not these consultants that never know their jobs!!!
