what works in SA?

I have been contacting this organization as i have been listed by cell c. i have sent numerous emails to the organization and till today i still cant get credit because of that listing. after my communication with cell c, i have sent a letter from cell c on email to SAFPS which details that an account was opened **********ly using my identity. still no feedback and just today 13/09/2022 a credit application was rejected by standard bank because of this listing that does not seem to be resolved.

one panful thing is that they will claim to respond within 48 hours, which i have learned is not true, you call the call centre and they don't answer, if im lucky i am given contact numbers for cell c agents that either do not go through or dont work at all.

i am very worried that now im a double victim, of the account opened in my name using ********** means and now this listing that cannot go away.
