Stuck between ABSA and SAFPS

Good day. I am battling financially because of some listing by SAFPS I don’t know about.

I went into absa branch on Saturday to have my savings account upgraded to a cheque account. They were not able to help me as they say I am listed on SAFPS for a ********** application I made back in 2017.. I am not aware of any application that we’re made by me😖. They gave me a number to call safps and got hold of one of their reps. She said I was listed and gave me these 2 numbers to call absa to dispute. Unfortunately the one number *** does not work on this one *** just goes unanswered at all.

I am stuck between safps and absa as none of the banks accept my application.

Please help me sort out this mess
