SAFPS: WRONG LISTING WITHOUT INVESTIGATION.

In 2013 I was hijacked and over the years my identity documents were used to open *****ulent accounts. I later found out and approached this NGO about it when I realized that they have listed my ID on their data base. It has been 10 years that I remain listed on their database without them ever approaching or making aware of the listing. What gives this NGO authority to tarnish my reputation without engaging or seeking clarity from me. This has brought my reputation into disrepute.

SAFPS claims to prevent ***** yet they commit ***** by wrongfully listing victims without proper investigation. Kindly suggest which ombudsman office must I engage to lodge a complaint.
