SAFPS DONT CARE

I was listed on SAFPS and according to their database this listing would be off on the 29 April 2023 today its almost 3 months later and im still dealing with the same problem. Recently made a vehicle finance application and was declined reason been you guessed i have a ***** listing where i was assured it would be updated on the bureaus but clearly this is not the case. This is affecting my scoring as everytime i apply my scoring goes down. This is hampering my life and i have sent emails stating my case and asking for assistance but get emails saying i am not on their database but this listing is still on the bureaus.
